in my aunts jeep -i noticed suddenly perfect circles on both car windows- inside the circle were little bars then went from big to small in a circular pattern wheni was sitting in the back

then in my moms jeep there was a perfect circle again this time in the form of a bulls eye. next 2 were i was sitting-wtf is this?
