Hello,
I have been lurking on this site for a while and thought I should introduce myself. I have known I was an empath since I was very young. However, back then it was much harder to find others who understood. I also love using herbal remedies for all sorts of things. I would LOVE to swap recipes with others. There are so many ways to use herbs I have found almost everyone has a different recipe to cure the same thing.
