Hello, my name is Mateus. I'm relatively new here as a member (I joined at the end of last school year) and studied a few of this site's spells before then. I can say without a doubt that a cold-heart spell on here works! (It took effect over me for approx 6 days, I was driven insane during those six days due to my lack of emotions from said spell!)
