So, I found out that my solar plexus chakra and my heart chakra are closed. My root, foot, throat,and spleen chakras are weak. My third eye and crown chakra are very strong. I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to how to open and strengthen my chakras :) I went through severe depression for a few months, and my chakra haven't been balanced since.
