okay so my cat died about a year ago, and i know this sounds stupid or crazy but i still feel and see his presence (i know you wont believe me that i can see and feel the presence of ghost) but anyways we are moving and i wanted to know if he will follow us. and i have this little memorial thing for him can i like connect his spirit to that so that he can follow us to our new house

sorry if this sounds really stupid but if you could help i would really appreciate it ^^
