Hello, everyone.

Hi. I really want to learn how to open my third eye so I can see spirits, demons etc. I've tried a few different exercises, except they didn't work and I tried meditation but I am not that good at it. Can anyone give me some good tips/advice or any links to articles or videos? Thanks!
