Often when I go about in the forums I see questions like "can someone give me white magick spells" or "what black magick spells are there" and those questions are followed by answers such as "there is no color in magick" or "magick is just intent".

My opinion is this: I, and everyone else who wishes to, should be allowed to label themselves without being shot down by such answers. I believe there is no harm in calling oneself a "White Magick Witch" or a "Black Magick Witch" or any other color they wish to call themselves as. We all know that before, Black Magick was labeled as the 'bad' magick, White Magick as the 'good' and we all know that is not the case as of now. To me, there is no good or bad magick, but to some, there probably is a good or bad magick. What I am trying to say is, just let them be. If they choose to believe that there is a good and bad magick, then let them believe that because it is part of their beliefs.

Now, back to labeling in general. We can call ourselves many things: wizard, mage, practitioner, witch, etc, so I do not see what is wrong with adding color to the mix. We must allow others to see magick how they wish to see magick, and not how we want them to.

This is just a small opinion, and you may agree or disagree with it.
