How common are naturally occurring abilities?
When I was in 7th grade, my friend and I thought we were special (as a lot of middle school aged girls do), and we thought we had powers of some sort. We didn't know what they were, or how to use them, we just felt like they were there. For a year we went by special names (mine is my user name) and we tried to figure it out, and in 8th grade she gave up the whole thing. She thought it felt fake, like a little pretend game. I never stopped. in all that time, I figured out on my own how to drain energy from things like a large flame and send different types of energies into other people. It's something I never realized I was doing until then. It comes easily, and is actually harder to do if I try the ways I see online.

So, I just want to know: how many people have things come easily like that? I'm just curious.
