Ok, so I was just outside meditating. I was under a tree that I talk to sometimes and connect with, not in the moonlight but the full moon was out. I started feeling this presence behind me and I couldn't pinpoint it. Like that feeling you get when someone is standing behind you and the hair on the back of your neck rises. Then the feeling of the presence shifted and it felt like it had entered me. I'm not sure how to describe it, but that's the feeling I got. I couldn't move and I started internally freaking out and wanting to get up, but I couldn't. I could minorly move my head and shift my eyes, but that was it. finally I was able to move my head to the side, but I was still unable to get up. Then I felt what i can only describe as like a 'whoosh' feeling and it knocked me off balance, and suddenly I had full control again and the presence was gone.
I had been trying to ask my spirit guide that if he/she was there to possibly come to me in my dreams tonight and make themselves known. I don't know if this was my spirit guide or if it was something else, or even my own imagination, but I never had any experience like this before and truthfully I'm a little scared. I don't have good internal site, so when it was 'inside' me I was unable to see it or really sense what it was. Any insight to what could have possibly happened would be extremely appreciated. I'm a little shaken from the experience because I'm still very new to all this and have never had anything like that happen before.
