Okay first off chakras are underestimated, I was tought to open my chakras by visualising a door then an obsticle in front of the door and to beat the obsticle. Then go through the door again with a different kind of obsticle . However I have the book spirits comunication(red book) and it suggests visualising different Types of flowers blooming for each chakra, so seven. You can use that technique for different things you like more. I suggest the Beginner Focus on opening thier chakras for more successful outcomes in magic.
