i live at some dorms and one night I suddenly wok up at 2 in the morning.
when I opened my eyes I could see this smog-like figure looking out the window and it turned its head a little to look at me when I looked at it.
we were both calm looking at each other and it glanced up and down at me without moving its arms from the window sill and I nodded instinctually.
just before it left it nodded, smiled and the buildings fire alarm went of.

now I've heard of similar story's of something like this happening but they all involved the person being terrified and injured.

why did it seem like it was there to kill but when it looked at me seemed like a mother with its child?

and why does it still seem like it was metaphorically had lots of blood on its hands?
