I have recently become interested in the idea of tuning forks and crystal singing bowls. I am very big on ways to heal myself and others, so these two techniques are piquing my interest.

I have done a bit of research outside of SoM, and from what I learned, I feel that the tuning fork is the best way to go for me.

Now for my questions... Are there specific tuning forks out there that are simply better than most? What is the concept behind each "chakra" fork having different vibrational frequencies? Are there specific ways to use these tools on another person?
