I was wondering,do you mave to be a member to download any thing from there? if so,does the membership cost anything? do the downloads cost anything?

I'm asking because there is a book on this site that i'm interested in,and when i found out about the website,i specificaly typed "free online occult library" in the search engine,so i'm going to be pretty annoyed if i have to pay to use it.
