was wondering if anyone had ideas on expanding and better understanding my emphatic gift.
I am able to feel energies from others and often feel drained from some enounters. I have learned to shield myself from this happening but I have only been about to get a general feeling of what the energy is. when someone is flustered or angry there energy is like a hurricane, much different from when they are happy and indifferent. even when someone shows no sign of feelings, i can still feel it.

I believe there is a way to dig deeper into this gift, to know if its extreme anger, confussion, or whatever emotion it may be.
any help or suggestions would be great.
