I've been wondering this for a while. Will saying a spell in a certain language highten it's power? Like saying it in an old language? If so, what language would you suggest using?

I've heard about somthing people call "the language of light," "the language of spirits," or similar names. Can someone please explain what this language is, where it came from, who speakes it, the benifits of speaking it, and how I can learn it?
