Magic Forums

I've been looking at the forums and I see alot of people claiming to talk with beings such as demons, spirits, and fairies, and sometimes even make friends with them. I was wondering how you can do this? Is it through meditation or another way? I'd really like to be able to communicate with the supernatural creatures around me.
