ive had a few times where i knew it was astral projection, I was at my sister's house and I fell asleep on her bed while the rest of the family was cleaning for the arrival of the new baby. I had and outer body experience where i could go to every room of the house and knew exactly what they were doing and heard them talking. Last night I went to go lay down, i fell asleep and I felt a buzzing sound in my head kind of like electrocution but it was to intense where I could actually do anything. Does anyone know what this is? the beginning of astral projection?
