Lets say my friend is an energy sponge.Energy sponge can suck any energy around them.It can be uncontrollable.And my question is,is it possible to create a something like a gate or filter so the energy sponges can let the selected energy to pass and, in sleep where some of them suck most energies, is it possible to limit the energy that they will suck even in sleep.Mostly when its a cold night.And is it possible to don't let the energy pass the stomach or the tummy because it gets painful specially when its cold XD
