Hey guys how are you?? The reason i posted this was because i wanted to lit some lavender incense to help clear out any negative energy space protection etc.

So it was about a little after 9pm and i went and lit the incense soon as i did my dog maggie started to bark twice and then stopped. So i went to see what it was nothing there but my dog, i went to walk into the kitchen to put something back up and when i walked back into the hallway i heard footsteps twice. sounded like boots almost.

And then it just got worse for like a few minutes, i shut my door closed it and would not walk out for reasons, for one there was a spirit in my hallway idk if it was just entitie or human spirit. think it was a human spirit, male.

i would not move out of my room because it would try to scare me etc. so i went and put out the incense and everything seem to have calmed down. But still felt a little freaked out.

I am a psychic medium i have been on for about a year and half now so i am still getting used too it. I am also 25 years old.

Has anyone ever had this problem before?? When dealing with spirits?? please comment!
