Hello I need help with toning down the power of the herbs I'm working with . I have a really strong energy awareness . Every time I charge something I'm making it becomes way to strong . Many time I can feel energy in the room that I'm working in for days . It's like a magnetic staticy feeling. About a week ago I made some black salt . I had to take it out of my house because it keep me up all night .I could feel the energy all round me . I've tried using less herbs , cutting down on the time charging and it still does not help to much .this is not just with black salt it's with any herbs that I charge .so if any one could help teach me how to contain the energy in things that I make and how to keep things from being so strong .. Does any one else have this problem. .?
