So, I've been attempting astral projection, but I always fail. I will tell you what I've been doing and hopefully you can help, thank you. I code my eyes, open my chakras, maybe do some grounding. Then I just lost attention to my breathing. (I also did this meditation to talk with your dragon guardian,i was asking if he could help me) then I start to get numb. My mouth is dry and I get very hot. I turn used the rope technique, but the farthest I would go is small vibrations. I eventually give up because I'm not going anywhere. There is probably more to it, but I can't remember and my phone is going to die. Thank you for taking your time to read this:)
