I've had so much difficulty in Astral Projection. I've researched so so much on techniques and what its like, how to do it, what to do and I've tried. When I try I manage to get to the point of the tingling sensation and vibrations, but I have never actually left my body (I dont think anyways) and I can only get to that calm point with the use of meditation music. Am I doing something wrong? Am I just not able to? I am going to a professional Reiki practioner soon and I'm hoping that might help in some way. I have really lucid and prophetic dreams but I cant control them. Is that a good start maybe? All help and information is appreciated greatly :) thank you and blessings ~
