6 tealight candles
1 Sage bundle
1 Quartz Crystal
1 Chalice of Wine (use as an offering)
1 plant
To Do
1, light the candle

2, use the candle to light sage brush
Cleanse yourself and your surroundings with the sage

3, Make the pentacle with the candles one in the middle then the 5 points aka. 5 elements sit by your element
(Refer to a diagram)


4, Enter a state of meditation Keep the sage lit

5, Visualize where you want to go

6, Say this chant with the place in your mind
"Take me to this world i see
Take me by the count of 3
It will be equal in space and time
Take me there with this rhyme
1, 2, 3"

7, Pour the wine onto the plant and go to sleep you should astrally project to this world

8, Keep the candles lit

9, When they burn out you should return or just wake up
