First off hello all,

Question for those who may be more experienced in projection.
My situation is that I'm a the point where i can induce sleep paralysis.
Ive projected before, but it wasn't on purpose.
But what happens afterwards is my main concern.
Leaving my body feel like an intense pressure almost as if its pulling me back in. Is this normal? I know there should be some resistance, but this is almost painful so i stop. Also would the intensity have anything to do with being hsp?
