I have been doing this for years, sometimes at will and sometimes it just happens. I have had good obes, but bad ones have definitely ruined the experience for me. I've looked into it a lot and decided to ask directly. What can I do about these negative entitys? (Falls more into the category of clever and malicious than dumb pushover energy suckers by the way) Are they projections of me or has it been an actual separate being? I've heard about raising my vibration, but how is that done? and I do have my own methods of grounding, centering and protecting, but is it possible I need stronger protection? Any advice could help.
