I recently attempted several astral projection in order to get used to the trance state required to make it possible. Eventually I entered into a state in which I felt an intense pressssssure on my eyes, tension was running up my arms as if they were stressed, and a small buzzing sensation was running through my upper body. This state was then proceded by the loss of feeling in my legs and arms. Was this a vibrational state? This is the deepest i've ever gone in this so I am unsure.
