so awhile back I had an OBE experience that was kind of strange.
It happened in the morning right before I went to school, I laid down after getting dressed I found my self stuck in paralysis within minutes. when I realized this I tried to move out of my body but didnt succeed. I did however manage to get my "eye" to open and saw something very strange. There was a small black figure squating next to my wall. when i looked at it, it looked away torwards my door and then back at me before leaving.

I'm just curious about what it was or if i should be worried
