Okay first hello everyone I'm new to this site and have a lot if things to talk about and lots of questions as we'll but the my first post will be on a strange sensation I felt on in my body just below where my neck connects to my shoulders in the middle . We'll I was laying down on my bed listening to a guided astral projection video and a while after I finished visualising my chakras growing brighter and expanding and when I was in a state I between being conscious and unconscious I felt a tingle in the middle of my spine just below my neck and it stayed there for a wile it did not at all feel physical it felt like an energy inside it felt so good like electricity please if anyone can give me some insight to what this May have been please do leave a comment bye :)
