Hello, Myst here.

So i thought long and hard about this last night and i tried my own method of astral projection/travelling and it didn't work(:() and could someone tell me an effective method that doesn't require a lot of energy and practice? also would astral projection still work if i had a spiritual block on me? because a ouija board doesn't work AT ALL which is quite surprising to me and some other people as well so yeah...i guess.
