So awhile ago I was into astral projection and I had a magnificent experience, until a very very dark entity latched onto me. I was stalked and harassed for weeks, I could always hear it talking too me and I would get into very big arguments in my head, until one night I had enough and took all my will too banish it from my life and it will never return, I no longer see this dark shadow figure everytime I close my eyes, it was etched into the back of my eyelids, everywhere i was, If I blinked I would see it just standing there,watching me, but I am now very happy and myself again :) but anyway, I was wondering if any veterans, lack of any better word atm, I'm tired :p, had any pointers for someone brand spankin new too the world of witchcraft and magik, and also any pointers for keeping me safe while I astral travel. I fear if I try again I may get latched too this entity again. This would be much appreciated,thanks!
