hi there
I've decided that I'm am going to start astral projection and i would like to know if there is anyone who can teach me or give me some tips. earlier this morning i tried to astral project however i nay managed to get to the vibrational state for about 10 seconds before starting to get excited and snap out of it. i only noticed that i was in the vibrational state because while my eyes were closed i started to see lights swirling in spirals.
