I have some questions about astral projection and how to do it. And please do tell me how to protect myself during astral projection and ect. Also I have encountered people astral projecting at my house before and all they did was torment me, however I warded them off with magick spells and curses. Also if I encounter people during astral projection that try to hurt me what do I do? Can I fight them as though I am fighting a person? Or would I have to do just protect myself with my aura and or a spell? Oh and my purposes for astral projection are for good reasons, just if I encounter other astrals I suppose you could call them should I fight them? Or is there a way to protect myself such as strengthening my aura and chakaras? I do know how to strengthen my aura, just I don't know how to astral project. Also I have some nervousness about projecting, should I just try it and see what happens? Or should I just stick with things I am more familar with such as magick and such, and I know I could do both, just if I nervous about it should I just not do it and just stick with my own path.
