Okay, so i don't really know if astral and astral projection are, but my friend from a totally different state taut me how to astral, and it really isn't that hard.
I personally started by meditating. my friend (nick) told me to just clear your mind until you're kind of in an half-state, meaning you can tell where you're at and what's going on, but it feels like you're a bit light. From there, think of where you want to go. Anywhere. Then, imagine yourself there. It's a bit overwhelming at first, but then you just gradually get used to it, and now i can sit there and just close my eyes, feeling myself move, whenever i want.
