So I just got some few questions regarding what you can do or how to do. I also fall asleep when trying to AP. I lay in the bed meditating, when I start to feel the tingling sensations I wake up in the morning not remember anything.

? When I AP, how do I move?
? Does the AP world look like the earth?
? Can I make the AP world look like earth if it doesn't already?

That's the question I've been struggling over lately.
