Hey all.

This happened a few years back. I had an odd dream of an earthquake, and while my eyes were open and I was still half asleep my spirit left my body and was at my ceiling lamp. I freaked out and ended up back in my body. The ONE time I was able to astral project, even briefly. LOL!
