I am very used to being around spirits, normally more than one. I have lived in my house about two years now and there are at least two spirits that I know of that reside in my home. Both of them seem friendly, one is a man I see mostly in my hallway and kitchen. But the other I can sense in my bedroom almost every single night, I can never focus on it long enough to see any details and all I can sense is the presence of someone. its always in my pariferial vision only long enough to get my attention and then its gone. Ive tried doing evps to see if there was somthing I could do but i got nothing. i was woundering if there were any ideas on how to pickup more on this spirit or if i should try and get to know them or leave them be? opinions anyone?
