i need to practise shapesifting in the astral plane .i know that you that you get there by astral projection. i was looking up astral projection on youtube and i got confused and i need help on what he said . he said that to get throught astral projection you need to focas on my focas point and it will try to lose me and that you use all your mentel energy to go foward how and what did he mean by that
