I have a friend who is apparently (since she doesn't remember) communicating with a spirit while she's asleep, I assume she's projecting. She can't remember their conversations, however. She's especially worried since this spirit is, at the moment, her only link to her husband and son, who she hasn't heard much from in weeks. Does anyone have some tips on how to remember the astral trips our unconscious takes when we're sleeping.
