I have heard, from what is a reliable source, that there is a way to _physically_ go to the spirit/astral world. By physically I mean as in take your 3Dimensional body there. The source also said that it could be dangerous. Are either of these facts true? If it is possible, then how would one go about doing it? Thanks for any insight/info into this. If you need any clarification of the question, just ask.
