Copy and pasted below is the same message I gave to the Guild of Mages coven. It explains why we will be deleting the coven soon.

Since we are disbanding we will, obviously, not be accepting new members. Please do not ask to join. You'll only be wasting both my time and yours.

"It is with great regret that your Priestess and I have come to this decision, but the Guild of Mages coven is finally disbanding. The coven's inactivity is simply to great to overcome. If we removed all inactive members, we would be down to approximately three not including the council and coven leaders which would make five. While we value quality over quantity, even those five are not active enough to make it worthwhile in our eyes.

So you have until the fifteenth to gather any information stored within the Guild of Mages. Save it to your computers or write it down in a BoS. The spells are entirely up for grabs, you may post them elsewhere if you wish when you join a new coven, but please give credit to those who posted the spells in this coven. The lessons I post in other covens already, as does your Priestess, so although you may keep those we would appreciate it if you don't hand them out. At least not without giving credit to us. We did put a lot of work into writing them.

After the fifteenth the Guild of Mages coven will no longer exist. If people still need to grab some information and only less then half the members have had the chance to see this message, we may extend our due date by ten days meaning that you'll have until Christmas.

Furthermore, if any of you would like help finding a new coven that will help you reach your goals send me a message and I will tell you which ones would be most beneficial. Otherwise, you can find me in Deep Arts, Higher Magicks, and Dragon Magick actively. I only occasionally post in Path of the Shaman, although I am there too. And sometimes you may see me around in Spirit Seers.

It was a pleasure working with all of you who were active.
Happy Holidays."

Every member who joined took an oath and promised to be active in the Guild of Mages coven. Nearly all of them failed to uphold that oath. If anyone asks for a second chance, we have given much more then that. We gave warnings, encouragement, notifications, announcements, and stirred up only those few members who were already active, the ones we were not targeting. Due to this I think it's safe to say that our members did not take us seriously and we do not have time to waste on clowns and jokers.

We are moving on. You should too.
