In coven, we had a question about one of the most simple forms of divination. My answer? The pendulum.

The pendulum is (usually) a crystal point or orb attatched to a free-moving rod, that can move in circles, left, right, whatever. You can only ask it 'Yes' or 'No' questions. For example: If I asked my pendulum: ''What is the tallest building in America called?'' that would NOT work. But if I asked ''Is the tallest building in America the Empire State building?'' that would be okay as it is a YES or NO answer.

Before you start to use your pendulum, it is best advised if you cleanse it first for better usage when you want to start trying pendulum divination.

Firstly, figure out what the pendulum's ''Yes'' and ''No'' is. Usually, the pendulum will spin clockwise for yes, and anticlockwise for no, but this is not always the case ! Simply just ask it: ''Show me yes.'' and ''Show me no.'' Once you have figured what yes or no is, hold the pendulum from the top of the rod, and start asking it questions! It may take a while for it to start working, but keep on trying!

Your pendulum can not know the answer to everything.

I have found the more sure of the answer it is, the faster it spins in the direction of the answer. Just a little tip.

Happy Divinating! :P.
