Would like to hear your thoughts on Skyring,Divination of the Tarot cards, and astral project.

I've been studying and practicing meditation and astral project for sometime now. I tend to realize when Im entering a dream state and have left my body,the first time I did this I had left my body and was running naked in the woods enjoying myself in a creek when I felt a pain,I awoke to my brother yelling at me I had turned blue and stopped breathing. Afew days later an ex saw me saying she had a dream they found my body in a creek. Since then I have started gaining control of my astral projections for the most part. But would one think the first time that happened to me was because my silver cord from my astral body and physical body had been cut?
